At the completion of this course, you will have a better understanding of capnography usefulness in patient care including:
•Reviewing the science of and physiology of capnography, acid-base balance, compensatory mechanisms, and its application in a variety of clinical presentations supplementing physical assessments to develop clinical impressions and to best manage the patient’s treatment and
resuscitation.
•Having the ability to monitor low perfusion states.
•How it can assist with differential diagnoses.
•Recognize “Sick vs Not-sick” patient.
•State of Florida EMT’s, Paramedics, LPN’s, RN’s, APRN’s will be awarded 3 State Approved CEU’s.
•Upon enrollment, you will have 30 days of access to complete the course.
